The Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, and the Trade Union Congress, TUC, have resolved to proceed with their indefinite strike.
After hours of marathon meeting, the National Assembly leadership and the labour are unable to reach a compromise position.
The call from the National Assembly leadership for labour to resume negotiations could not sway the leadership of the organised labour who insisted that strike must go on.
