“I am particularly grateful to the thousands of Ekiti sons and daughters who have travelled from different parts of Nigeria and across the world to return home and participate in this important civic responsibility. Your sacrifice, patriotism, and dedication to the progress of our dear state demonstrate that the future of Ekiti remains a collective responsibility.

“The enthusiasm, awareness, and active participation displayed by our youths throughout this electoral period have been commendable. It is encouraging to see young people taking ownership of the democratic process and showing genuine interest in the development of their communities and the state at large.

“As we approach election day, I urge every eligible voter to conduct themselves peacefully and responsibly. Let us remember that elections are temporary, but the peace, unity, and development of Ekiti State are permanent priorities that must be protected by all.

“I call on all youths to reject violence, vote-buying, hate speech, misinformation, and any act capable of disrupting the peaceful conduct of the election. Let us instead demonstrate the values of integrity, tolerance, and mutual respect for which Ekiti people are known.

“Regardless of political affiliation, we must remain brothers and sisters before, during, and after the election. Our collective desire should be a peaceful, credible, free, and fair electoral process that reflects the will of the people.
