The House of Representatives on Tuesday issued a warrant of arrest on the Group Managing Director of the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mele Kyari and the Central Bank Governor, Yemi Cardoso.
The arrest followed their refusal to honour the summons by the relevant committees of the green chamber.
