Just In : 24 Abducted Kebbi Schoolgirls released

The 24 students kidnapped from the Government Girls Secondary School in Maga, Kebbi State, have been successfully rescued and have regained their freedom.
According to security sources the girls were released through a coordinated, non-kinetic operation led by the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) and the Department of State Services (DSS).
This approach, which emphasizes dialogue and negotiation over military force, marks a significant strategic shift in the government’s response to mass abductions.
While specific details of the operation remain limited, the successful outcome brings a major relief to the families and the community of Maga.
