The Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, will commence a two-week annual leave on Monday, August 24, 2026.
The was contained in a statement by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media Mr Yinka Oyebode.
According to him, the two-week leave is part of the Governor’s statutory annual leave entitlement.
“While on leave, Governor Oyebanji will, however, continue to attend to crucial matters relating to governance and administration of the State.
“The Governor will resume office on Monday, September 7, 2026.
“This is the second time Governor Oyebanji will be proceeding on leave since assuming office on October 16, 2022.”
