The Chief Executive Officers and Directors from various agencies under the Federal Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy have signed a performance bond with the Minister, Gboyega Oyetola in Lagos.
The signing, according to Ismail Omipidan, Media Aide to the Minister, followed a two day retreat held in Lagos after an enlarged stakeholders meeting aimed at strengthening public private partnership under the new ministry
Omipidan posted in his X handle that the ministry is the first to replicate the performance bond initiative under President Bola Tinubu after ministers and other appointees had signed such with the President
Omipidan’s tweet: “After a stimulating stakeholders’ roundtable engagement with industry players &another 2-day engaging & exciting retreat in Lagos, Directors &CEOs within the Ministry of Marine & Blue Economy, today, signed their Performance Bond with the minister, Adegboyega Oyetola CON.
“With this development, the Ministry becomes the first to cascade the Performance Bond initially signed with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to its Directors and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs).
“The Ministry of Marine and Blue Economy is prepared and set to actualise its deliverables and contribute to the delivery of Mr President’s Renewed Hope Agenda”
